Bellwoods Brewery is always striving to make the best beer possible. They wanted to make a non-alcoholic beer that stands up to the same set of expectations.
After many months of testing and finetuning their process, they created a line of non-alcoholic beers that knock it out of the park.

Tasting Notes:
Stay Classy pours just like a beer, with good head retention and a soft, pale yellow body.
Multiple dry hop additions translate into pronounced hop aromatics and flavours, think citrus zest and yellow grapefruit alongside dank West Coast hop notes for good measure.
It's dry, refreshing and crushable, with a pleasantly bitter finish.

This non-alcoholic dry hopped sour is Bellwoods Brewery's culmination of their efforts to make a non-alcoholic beer in Jelly King's image, and one that can convincingly wear the Jelly King crown.
They don't often toot their own horn, but they're really happy with the results.

Tasting Notes:
Jelly King translates well to a non-alcoholic version, as many of the flavours that make it so nice to drink come from the yeast and the bacteria used in the brewing process.
Bellwoods sours the base of both the beer and the non-alcoholic in the same way, and this results in interesting, predominantly peachy characteristics brought on by mixed fermentation.
