How much does shipping cost?
We offer simple flat-rate shipping for the vast majority of our products: $9.99 for Ontario residents and $19.99 for the rest of Canada.
Are there exceptions to the flat rate?
Yes. While most items qualify, oversized items or deliveries to remote locations may require additional fees.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days. Once your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, we will email you the tracking information so you can follow its progress.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Absolutely! We offer Free Local Pickup at any of our retail locations. You can also request an inter-store transfer if the product you want is at a different Fulfords location.
What happens if there are going to be extra shipping costs required?
We will contact you before any money is removed from your PayPal account to let you know that extra shipping costs are required and what they would be. You then determine if you would like to proceed with your order or not. Sometimes we may need to get more information from you to get a proper shipping quotation for you. If this is the case, we will contact you once your order is placed.
Which shipping methods do you use?
To ensure your home fixtures and kitchenware arrive safely, we utilize a variety of reliable carriers including Purolator, and Canada Post. The specific carrier is selected based on your location and the size of the items to provide the most efficient delivery possible.
Can I place an order by phone?
Absolutely. If you prefer to speak with a member of our team or have specific questions about a product before purchasing, you can place your order over the phone.
