Original Receipt
Returns accompanied by the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
Gift Receipt
Returns accompanied by a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount listed on the gift receipt.
The Fine Print
- Delivery Fees: Please note that original delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- Home Fixtures: Kitchen fixtures must not have been installed. Once installed, returns are only accepted for verified manufacturer defects.
- Final Sale: Food, clearance merchandise, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
In-Store Returns
Bring your item and receipt to any locations and one of our team members will be pleased to process a refund or exchange.
Mail-In Returns
Call our primary shipping hub in Port Elgin at 226-453-2225 to receive a Return Authorization. Unauthorized shipments will be refused.
Any returns sent via mail without prior authorization from our team will not be accepted. Please contact our Port Elgin hub at 226-453-2225 before shipping any items back to us.
