Bulwark signature apple cider is made with freshly pressed Nova Scotia Annapolis Valley apples. Settlers first started growing apple varieties in the Valley in the early 1600s, and our cider's unique character is a tribute to those 400 years of apple growing tradition. We use five varieties of apples, picked when in prime condition, to give perfect balance: apple blossom aromas, light, fruity flavours, and crisp finish with subtle, sweet undertones. Serve chilled.
