This beautiful, flower shaped pasta is great with a tomato sauce, but really shines with a pasta primavera or other veggie based sauces!

We make our pasta in small batches using time honoured techniques - Bronze dies to create a pasta with a rough surface texture and then slow drying it to preserve the wheat flavour.

Now packaged in larger, recipe-ready 454g bag that is both eye-catching and made from a biodegradable kraft / PLA liner.
