Big Lake Pasta Lumache

This large, snail shell, shaped pasta really holds the sauce! It's also a thick wall, so it works great in baked pasta dishes!

We make our pasta in small batches using time honoured techniques - Bronze dies to create a pasta with a rough surface texture and then slow drying it to preserve the wheat flavour.

Now packaged in larger, recipe-ready 454g bag that is both eye-catching and made from a biodegradable kraft / PLA liner.
