The Kilner business was first established by John Kilner in 1842 in England. Initially producing glass bottles and jars, it was towards the end of the 19th century when the original Kilner Jar was first invented. Pour 300 ml of room-temperature double or whipping cream into the Butter Churner and secure the lid. Turn the handle and churn for approximately 10 minutes. Watch as the cream thickens and turns into butter. Separate the butter from the butter milk. The left-over butter milk is perfect for making pancakes! Place the butter into a bowl of ice- cold water and squeeze out any remaining butter milk using the Kilner Butter Paddles. Add seasoning or required flavorings.
