* Manual machine for making pasta with the rolling method. With this machine, sheets of pasta may be obtained with a width of 150 mm. and with several thickness varying from 0.5 to 3 mm.
* It is provided with a cutting part suitable for producing two types of pasta: tagliatelle and tagliolini. The cutting part may be easily removed and replaced with any of the accessories listed separately.
* Both the smooth and the cutting rollers are made of nickel-plated steel, the other parts of chrome-plated steel.
* The roller drive gears are heat-treated so as to guarantee better operation and longer life.
* The control handle and the locking clamp are made of chrome-plated steel and shockproof plastic.
