This hollow-edge salmon knife, with its extremely sharp, flexible blade, slides easily through all fish (especially steaky fish like salmon!) during slicing, allowing for even, wafer-thin pieces. The dimples near the edge of the blade create small air cushions during slicing that prevent any food from sticking to the blade.
